Use this form to request deletion of your Media Monitoring account and associated personal data. This page is provided for Google Play compliance and for users who cannot delete the account from inside the app.

What will be deleted

Account login details linked to your mobile number
Profile information associated with your user ID
Device / session association for this account where applicable
Personal data stored for operating your field surveys (where legally allowed)

What may be retained

Anonymized or aggregated operational records
Data we must keep for legal, audit, attendance, or contractual obligations (e.g. submitted survey/attendance history required by the monitoring program)
Backups, for a limited period, until purged on the next retention cycle

Account deletion is permanent. After processing, you may no longer be able to sign in to Media Monitoring with the same account.

Processing time

We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days of verification (or sooner where required by law). You will receive confirmation at the email you provide.
